Cathy Allarde has served in ministry since childhood, beginning at age 10 in a nursing home ministry alongside her pastor dad. Throughout her life, she has led youth ministry, served on worship and drama teams, and ministered through children’s ministry, prayer teams, and marriage ministry. Since joining New Beginnings Church in 2004, Cathy has found her calling in Biblical Counseling Ministry, where she provides compassionate support to women and families facing life’s challenges. She holds a New Beginnings Bible School Certification and is certified as a Life Disciple through CareNet Pro-Abundant Life Ministries. Her passion is walking alongside those in crisis, offering hope, forgiveness, and healing through Christ while connecting them with practical resources for their journey. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior and MBA in Marketing from Rider University. She currently serves as Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer for Pinnacle Fitness and Nutrition and PinnacleFit Gym and Director for our Abundant Life Ministry. Dr. Ball is a Certified Biblical Counselor with the Association of Biblical Counselors and a licensed, credentialed minister through International Seminary, Jesus Harvest Time Ministries, and New Beginnings Church. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and a Doctorate in Biblical Counseling Psychology. With over twenty-five years of experience, Dr. Ball provides biblical counseling grounded in Scripture through his private practice and in his role as a church pastor.
